Welcome to Barnet Bowls and Croquet Club 2024

The bowls season is coming to an end, and the bowls green will be closed sometime in October, exact date dependent on the weather.

Croquet will continue through most of the Autumn and Winter, provided the green is playable. If you are new and wish to play please contact a croquet contact first (see contacts)

The Club was established in 1926  as a Bowls Club, and is situated in the lovely surroundings of the Old Court House Recreation Ground a park located just off Wood Street in High Barnet.

In 2023 in recognition of a local demand for croquet, the club decided to devote its second green to the game of Croquet, and at a Special AGM changed its name to Barnet Bowls and Croquet Club.

The club is affiliated to Bowls England, Croquet England, Finchley and North London Bowls Association, Hertfordshire Bowls and the East Anglia Croquet Federation.

The club is currently open for croquet for members subject to weather condiditons.
